CodeTantra is a Startup India recognized EdTech Startup founded in 2014, with the original aim of inculcating software coding skills among youth everywhere. Acquiring our first customer in 2018, we have come a long way in serving some of the top educational institutions and 100s of 1000s of students and 10s of 1000s of teachers across the world. The platform which started as an interactive, intelligent platform to learn programming, has now evolved into multiple product lines centered around our award-winning Virtual University/School platform, with a wider mission to facilitate quality education for all. Ramana Telidevara, Founder & CEO

Ramana is passionate about empowering youngsters, teaching and doing his bit to move India forward. Before co-founding CodeTantra with his BITS, Pilani batch mate Ravi, he had co-founded TalentSprint. He also held technical leadership roles at Pramati Technologies & IvyComptech. He was instrumental in building the world's first J2EE IDE while at Pramati. He also built a highly scalable online gaming platform for PartyPoker.com, which was the largest online poker platform for a long time.

Ravi Sekhar Chilmakuri, Founder & CTO

As CTO, Ravi provides technology direction to CodeTantra. Ravi is a passionate problem solver and a technologist with experience building some of the most popular software products in the world. As a serial entrepreneur, he (co)founded multiple start-ups in EdTech, Gaming and Gamification spaces. He held multiple technology leadership roles at companies like Amazon, bwin.party digital entertainment, PartyGaming and Symbian. Ravi believes in doing his tiny bit to make this world a better place for everyone.

Madhu Murty Ronanki, SVP

Madhu is a well-known name in the software testing industry, with nearly three decades of experience. He has extensive experience in leading & managing large-scale application development, support & maintenance teams to deliver multi-million-dollar software projects. He helped grow big multinationals as well as built startup organizations from zero to hundreds within few years. He has held leadership positions in software testing at Accenture, AppLabs (CSC), Virtusa, Baan(Infor), TenXLabs, etc. He has deep expertise in global delivery operations, software engineering, Agile, DevOps, digital transformation, testing, delivery management and leadership development.
